Try it first, free

Design Previewer runs with everything unlocked for 15 days, with no account and no card. That trial is there so you can find out on your own files, on your own computer, whether it does what you need before you pay anything. Download the trial.

When we refund

Ask within 14 days of paying and we refund in full if:

• It does not work on your computer. and our support could not get it working. Open a ticket first: most problems are a setting, and are fixed in one reply.
• You were charged twice. for the same licence, or charged by mistake.
• A yearly plan renewed and you did not want it to. Tell us within 14 days of the renewal and we refund that year.

When we do not

• After 14 days. from the payment.
• A change of mind. about software that works as described. The free trial is the time to decide.
• A format we do not list. The file types that are supported are on the home page. If yours is not there, ask before buying.

What a refund does

The money goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. The licence is switched off at the same time, and a yearly plan is cancelled so it does not renew.

Cancelling the yearly plan

The yearly plan is $7 a year and renews by itself. You can cancel it at any time from your dashboard, under Manage plan. Cancelling stops the next payment; it is not a refund, and the licence keeps working until the end of the year you already paid for.
