Who we are

Design Previewer is made and sold by PixelsClinic. By installing the app or buying a licence you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install it.

Your licence

• One licence, one computer. A serial number activates Design Previewer on a single Windows computer. The first activation ties it to that computer.
• Moving to a new computer. is allowed. Open a ticket and we release the serial so you can activate it again. We may refuse if a serial is being moved so often that it is plainly shared.
• Lifetime. means the licence does not expire and includes the updates we release for Design Previewer. It is a licence to use the software, not ownership of it.
• Yearly. is $7 a year, charged by Stripe each year until you cancel. When a yearly licence ends the app goes back to its unlicensed state; your files are never touched.
• Free trial. Everything is unlocked for 15 days from first use, once per computer.

What you may not do

• Share or resell a serial. or publish it where others can use it.
• Get round the licence. by modifying the app, its activation, or its trial period, or help anyone else do so.
• Redistribute the installer. as your own product or bundled with something else, without our written permission.

A licence used against these terms can be switched off without a refund.

Payments and refunds

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card number. Refunds are described in the refund policy, which is part of these terms.

Other companies' names

Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe XD are trademarks of Adobe. CorelDRAW is a trademark of Alludo. Sketch and Affinity belong to their own makers. Design Previewer reads the files these programs save. It is not made by, endorsed by, or connected with any of those companies.

No guarantees beyond these

We work to keep Design Previewer correct and working, and we fix what we are told about. Even so, it is provided as it is. We do not promise that every file will preview, that it will work with every future version of Windows or of the programs whose files it reads, or that it will never have a fault.

Design Previewer only reads your files and never changes them. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with it is limited to the amount you paid us for your licence.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, this page will change and the date at the top will move. A change never takes away a licence you have already paid for.
