01The problem

Why .procreate files show no thumbnail in Windows

Procreate runs only on iPad and iPhone, so to Windows a .procreate file is an unknown file with a blank icon.

Procreate saves a preview picture inside every file. Design Previewer shows it as the thumbnail and in the preview pane.
